VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE WITH THIS LOCATION! I WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES NO SERVICE, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. MORE DISAPPOINTING IS THAT I PURCHASED MY TIRES FROM DISCOUNT WITH WARRANTY.
One of the worst locations. Always messing something. Don’t trust this location at all. The funny thing is the closes location from my house. Has to spend more gas going to another location. Employee from there need to do better or need to be inspected while doing the job.
JUNE 10, 2026: I have been a customer of Discount Tire for several decades. I have purchased many tires for all my vehicles over the years. I was visiting a friend, and when I was leaving I saw my Right Rear passenger side tire was flat. I searched for the nearest Discount Tire location. I called to confirm their location, and make sure they were open. I talked with Maria, and told her I had never been to this location before. She assured me they would be able to help. We took my daughter’s car to this location today because her front tires looked to be shedding. I just bought these tires in April 2025 so a little over 1yr ago and I wanted them to see if the warranty covered anything. Of course it didn’t, the guy said it could be her alignment is off and that’s something they’d check. I was told all 4 tires were bad, the front tires are in the red and the back were in the yellow so I need to buy 4 tires.
