I arrived at discount at 6:45 pm(they were just closing up) one of the guys ran out and asked me if I needed help.. I told him my tire had just gone flat and I was able to get the donut on but wanted to drop my car off so they could get to it first thing tomorrow. Of course, being the awesome people they are he said “no worries, we can do it tonight” i was shocked at how well their customer care is! I HIGHLY recommend discount tire, especially the one on Ina! You all are amazing, that good karma will come back to you!!
Drew was EXTREMELY helpful today as the tires I had on my car were completely unsafe for my daughter to be a passenger in. He was so helpful, sincere and helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!!! Raul was also VERY kind and this location is the best!!!

The Ina Rd and Shannon location has always treated us very well. I won't do the one at Thornydale and Ina. Too many hard sell attempts.
I took my car in for 4 new tires. I left with a car they damaged but refuse to take responsibility for. It has been 10 days now that I am without a car. I have spent $900 to the date and still have a broken car and still have to rent another car until mine is fixed! They offered $200 for my trouble but said it was not an admission of guilt ! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK to Discount Tire! Worst experience in the world! It's appalling This local business can get away with this!! NOT GOOD!!
Took my practically new car to have a puncture repaired. Waited more than one hour for service. Told that I would have to purchase a new tire due to a previous puncture repair which made the tire unsafe. Instructed technician to remount the tire. Technician stated they could only mount mini spare. Strongly insisted that the return the car to me with my tire remounted. This shop "hard sells" new tires. Stay away. Not the first time they've tried to force a new tire purchase, but it will be my last.
