They do not honor their "road hazard warranty". Been a customer for years. Paid a premium for this "warranty". Wasted an hour of my time with these people. A simple s**** in tire "road hazard" visit. This tire was repairable. These people "conveniently" did not have in stock the particular tire that was "eligible" for this "warranty". They've already broken down the vehicle and I'm pressed to get to work. "Sorry, Sir. ** don't have this tire in stock. ** do, however, have the higher grade model and it will only cost $58". Took my car here three times to try to fix a slow leak. Each time assured it was fixed. Woke up to a total flat!!! Never going back.
Always ask if that is the best price they can do... They gave me a repeat customer discount.... Saved an extra $40.00 on two tires!
