Purchased tires online and came to this location for installation. I really appreciated my advisor's professionalism and honesty. The initial appointment was very reasonable in length, lasting approximately 45 minutes for four tires and new TPMS sensors. The technicians who serviced the vehicle itself forgot to complete the last step in installing TPMS sensors so I had to come back in for a second visit that took around 20 minutes. Very nice location
Made an appointment for 2 pm, didn't get my car in until 20 minutes later. Took my aluminum valve caps and replaced with plastic ones.... Once confronted they found them in a plastic bag and said they forgot to return them to me with an invoice...smh...and to top it off instead of using sticky weights all around for balance and rotating the best balanced tires to the front, they hammered the weight on the inside wheel...
