Absolute insanity. Most disrespectful manager I've ever delt with. Will not come back here. You disgust me. Further reinforces the lack of trust I have with these techs ruining people's cars.
On vacation with rental, had slow leak, losing 6 lbs daily. Showed up when they opened. 5 people ahead of me. I was out in under 30 minutes. They found a finish nail and patched the leak. The staff is amazing and so nice. That is why I’m lifetime customer. You guys rock!
Very frustrating 2+ month experience of failed repairs, improper diagnosis, wasted time and a set of new tires later. I think I made about 7 visits in that time and it all stemmed from them failing to repair a nail in my tire properly, leading me to get new tires. Even after the new tires, air was still leaking.
