Great online appointment process. The Discount Tire closest to us was booked solid for appointments but the website showed us the openings at a different Discount tire only a few miles away. The fix our tire and replaced our wiper blades all within 35 minutes.
The whole team seems on point and in position. Kinda like my own personal pit crew. I love doing my own work with cars and stuff, but as I get older and less time.... y'all get it done right. Thanks!
Great company, good people.
Had an appointment to rotate tires, took over 10 min just to check in, took another 75 min to get car in bay. Hour and twenty minutes after appointment still waiting for rotation. You get what you pay for, even with appointment
