They broke my wheel stud. Then sent me to a mechanic down the street. But what about my time? They didn't want to comp me on any service or nothing. Terrible mananger.

I ordered my tires online and scheduled an appointment with ease. The team was able to accommodate me a day earlier than expected, and the service time in-store was exceptionally efficient. I typically bring my laptop to work while my vehicle is being serviced; however, on this occasion, the work was completed before I even had the opportunity to begin. Thank you for providing such a seamless and positive experience.
Everything was good until they broke my lug nuts off of two different wheels and I had to go to another shop to get them removed, therefore damaging my rims to get the lug nuts off.... SMDH
