I've been shopping for tires at this location and have been a customer for over 10 years. This week, I went in to replace a tire and was told that it was discontinued. I would have to upgrade, and I said I just needed one that was compatible with the car. He said, "But the ridges need to be the same." After working all night, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a flat tire. After carefully adding air to my tire, I drove to Discount Tire in Crestwood. I arrived about 10 minutes before opening, and there was already a line forming. I jumped out of my car and got in line. Pros: The store opened right on time, and I was impressed that the staff called customers according to their vehicles and arrival times. That's a big plus in my book.
