This was my first time buying tires at Discount Tire. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the customer service. I bought the tires and made the appt. online. Juan checked me in, inspected the tires (including the spare) told me what the procedure was and didn't try to sell me anything else. My car was brought in at the scheduled time and was done just about when they said it would be. I would like to thank Aram and his coworkers for doing such a great job!
I went in to have a tire pressure sensor installed. The associate checked my tires and informed me that all he needed to do was reset the sensor. I was good to go! I really appreciate honest people! Thank you
Had a tire rotation done a couple months ago. After that, I went to take off my front tire for an inspection and it was extremely difficult. Pretty sure they over torqued and crossthreaded my posts.
