My husband took my car to another location to get tires patched on a warranty. Usually we come here but he was at his office and the other location was closer. They patched the tire and we also got 2 new ones. However only 3 of our tire sensors worked for the rest of the week and the pressure system couldn't be reset. We came back here and the gentlemen named Omar helped us out and instead of having us go deal with the other location, he said he would replace the sensor and just take care of it with the other location. Excellent customer service from everyone here! Omar price matched a deal I had gotten elsewhere, getting me a great price and Blake went out of his way to teach me how to replace my wiper blades. I highly recommend.

Discount Tire customer 15+ years. Staff changes, but service has stayed quality. Mgr. Dave great guy, dealt with Nico this week getting very hard to find tires, he was great... and of course Chris he has been the "go to" for putting on my tires for a longtime, he is so careful and thorough!!! They understand how picky I am about car and they treat car and me with respect. Warranty is great too, everyone should have one. Highly recommended. Thank you all!!
