Hello yes I recently got all four Tires and rims install. After sometime I went to my mechanic to get my brakes pads done on my truck and discount tires did not give me the luck wrench to take off Special looks so when I called them they offered to give me a luck wrench for those type Of lugs but my car was on the left so I have to find a way to go get the lugs Wrench and return to my vehicle to get the brakes put on they did not offer to bring it to me they did not offer to help me other than say their apologies and that wa... read more
Rude customer service. Snarky remark after they didn’t have what was in my budget.
Everything was great with the seller, the wait time, etc., but what bothered me was that when I got home the rims were dirty and one was dented. They had just been refinished. Briar Forest Store, Houston.
