I worked with Benjamin about TPMS. He was kind to check the problem and knowledgeable. My problem was beyond tire, so I didn’t fix my issue there. I strongly recommend him and this place.
For everyone that used to go here! Stay away! Completely unprofessional and after weeks couldn't even get a continental tire on a car (they did end up putting it on after more completely unprofessional behavior and blatantly lying to customers)
I have been going to Discount Tires in west Plano for several years. Every employee I have interacted with has always been very professional. Great service and customer care.
Dylan was fantastic!! He helped me find the right tires for my Tesla and was able to get me in quickly. Very friendly, helpful, and informative service. Definitely will be getting my tires from here going forward and will send family and friends. Thanks Dylan
