Edgar was fantastic. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I did not speak to or deal with anyone else. Edgar resolved the issue I had in less than 15 minutes. I know guys in the shop are the ones who actually replaced the tire and they were quick and efficient.
Been calling for 20 min straight. Nobody is so busy to where they would let the phone ring in their face for that long. Absolutely ridiculous.
The tires on the Alfa Rome Stelvio can be difficult to match and find. Thankfully we had an expert like Michael who was able to differentiate the Veloce from the Quadrifoglio. Not many shops have experts who know the difference. Michael recommended the tires for my driving needs and educated me on how the tires may perform over time and in different driving conditions. Michael is the best, should be promoted. Wherever he works, I would follow as a customer.
