My Car got looked at by Landon and Zach and they repaired, for free, a tire that another shop screwed up twice, as well as patched a tire. Best tire experience I've had.
(New experience) I just got a new set of tires here and used the super convenient online system to find and preorder tires suited to my vehicle and driving habits, as well as set an appointment for installation the next day, and was in and out the door with new treads in 20 minutes or so. Very busy morning for the staff here, but they handled it well. Received great customer service from Aric!
I just bought new tires and this was by far the fastest (even tho they were busy) efficient and pleasant time buying tires ever from any business. All the staff seemed to really be happy working here and smiled/joked with each other. The person that helped buy my tires said he loves working there and it's a great company to work for. Well done America's Tire Co!
The appointment is useless, they take whoever in even people that came after, then wait for nothing, waste of time. They just ignore you and work on other cars as they come in, hello I had an appointment and I was there on time. They took 5 cars in that came in after me
