Went in to have the tire pressure sensors replaced. The price was very reasonable. They told me1 hour wait time and I waited for 2.5 hours and when I thought my car was ready. A mechanic came out suggesting I needed 2 front tires. I went home to look at my records and thev2 front tires were replaced 8,000 miles ago. I have a 60,000 warranty on the tires from another tire store. I didn't appreciate the sales job and the prospect of waiting longer. I will return to the tire store that I previously went to in the future.
I’ve been coming here and only here for six years and the last time I came here (Monday) to get $1400 tires on my car they happen to scratch all four rims when torquing the lug nuts down. Yes the service was 30 minutes but I’d rather it take two hours then have to get my rims fixed. If you have somewhat decent rims do not take your car here, you’ll save yourself a headache and money. Will not be back to America tires anymore. Service advice was lovely.
Hands down, best place to get tires. Folks at the store are quite knowledgeableand offer excellent service. They back up mileage warranty while a lot of shops actually don’t. Plenty of selection and competitively priced. Icing on the cake is the price match; saved me a ton of cash. With locations all over the place, easy service if needed as well. Only place I’ll go to for tires, period.
