Wow! Talk about customer service! I got a flat and decided to swap the rims (since I never liked them anyway) and a whole new set of tires. The shop was closing soon, so Jeremie was able to 1. Suggest a similar style that was on sale that I didn't see online, and 2. Take my payment over the phone so the guys could have the new sensors, tires, and a wheels assembled and ready for quick install, so I could get it done before they closed today. Super fast and friendly. I always love America's tire. My only concern is after I got my tires rotated, they just gave me the keys and said "Here ya go" and that was that. No email or written receipt or report regarding how my tread was, tire pressure, etc. I guess everything was checked, but it would have been nice to know for sure.
I brought my car in to check the air in my low tire and the worker did absolutely nothing. Acted like he put air in but my air indicator said the same thing when I got home. He might have even taken more air out!
Yesterday I bought 4 new Mid grade tires Rocky Mtn HT2 and walked out the door paying $729.80. Big shout out to Robert T. and the 2 technicians of which I didn't catch their names, but they rocked my world, thanks a million times over! You saved me!
