After a not so great experience at a different tire shop, Tyson, at the Greenback Americas Tire was super helpful. He provided excellent customer service, sales skills and expertise! I ended up purchasing from Americas tire, getting them installed the same day, and headed back to the other tire shop for a refund. Thank you, Tyson, for turning the day around.
This business provides excellent customer service. Attendant approaches before you get to the counter. He took my car in and employees kept me updated on tire issue which had a nail in it. Unfortunately tire was not salvageable but I was able to benefit from their replacement policy. Granted it didn't seem to busy but I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for resolving my situation.
