Been a discount tire customer for over 10 years. I’ll never go back to this location. Witnessed an employee cuss at and disrespect a manager. Then when it was time for my truck to get worked on, they started putting my new tires on the WRONG wheels. I had to walk over and tell him to use the new wheels I brought in my truck bed…. Five-star service all around! I went in to get new tires and had the best experience. The staff at the Oakwood location were amazing—super friendly, professional, and efficient. Service was lightning fast, and the prices were unbeatable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing tires!

Eduardo was great but the install quality was awful. I would not bring a vehicle here that requires anything more than a light duty passenger tire.
