Great experience! Came here after plaza tire turned me away for a tire patch. They had it done within an hour and charged me nothing. Super clean facility with a nice staff!
Do not keep any valuables in your car if you go here. I left my wallet in my car, discount tire is the only place we went on this day. When I got back in my car my wallet was gone, I didn’t realize till we got home. We called and they said they didn’t find a wallet. 2 days later the police department calls me that it was found at an intersection in Crystal City. We did not drive through Crystal City at all.
Just wow. Long story short , I came in and got serviced. When I got home we noticed her small purse was missing. We call back and the manager was good help but unfortunately we turned up with nothing. Next day we get a call from the police that her purse had been turned in by someone. That someone said it was dumped in the street... yeah right. Great service and quality work but they have a thief in there.
