I’m a 1st time customer for new tires and I was very pleased. I see the benefit of going to a place that specializes in one thing because I got the best pricing and they had my new tires on lightening fast! I called 5 places for tire pricing in Festus and Discount Tire beat them all with better perks. They were highly responsive, very friendly, gave me advice based on what tires they use themselves or for their family and made me feel I could trust them. I will be back for sure, you made a repeat customer of me!
I love this place they have taken care of the tires on my work van and they put tires on our personal vehicle. Great people when you walk into their always friendly. Never got a bad Vibe while being in their never got taken advantage of either
Just wow. Long story short , I came in and got serviced. When I got home we noticed her small purse was missing. We call back and the manager was good help but unfortunately we turned up with nothing. Next day we get a call from the police that her purse had been turned in by someone. That someone said it was dumped in the street... yeah right. Great service and quality work but they have a thief in there. The gents that work there were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Nick was so very professional and kind. When he spoke to me on the phone, his happiness made me want to come do business there. They were very professional and on top of my tire situation. Thanks guys! I'll be back! (actually my husband bought a set of tires the day day)
