Brought a tire purchase elsewhere and attempted to have been installed elsewhere by 4 men who were unsuccessful, finally to this store, only because in shipping, the sidewalls were soooo crushed together, it simply could not be inflated to it's intended rim. Brett Paulson, store manager, took my problem into hand immediately upon arrival, invested about 30 minutes fighting the heavy ply sidewalls, finally asking if I could leave it for his later attention. . .
