I have frequented Discount Tire stores in a number of places where I have lived and they have always been extremely well run very courteous and skilled. This location in LaCrosse/Onalaska is no exception. Not only do I buy my tires there (their prices are as good as anyone’s) but they rotate and re-balance my tires every 5000 miles. For free. And I’ve never had them pressure me into anything. Don’t be surprised if they meet you outside the front door when you arrive.
They know how to take care of people. Austin at the lax location went above and beyond helping me today. 100% getting all my business from now on, other shops need not apply.

Went to get my Class C motor home tires evaluated at Onalaska store. Turns out the used RV i just bought had 14 year old tires on it. Still had great tread but way out of date. To the point they wouldn't even check the pressure. I get it with liability the way it is. So $1400 plus dollars later (6 tires due to duallys in the back) Service was good to great, they had phone issues when trying to deal with them, but we got past that. We had a truck tire blowout while hauling a horse trailer on the interstate. After calling about 16 tire places in the surrounding area, Discount Tire finally had the tires we needed and were able to put them on for us immediately. The person we spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful, and the technicians worked incredibly quickly to help us out. A+ for customer service and speed. They helped make a stressful day a bit less awful.
