I had gotten tires at the Eau Claire location before and had a really good experience, so I thought I'd try them for ordering a replacement rim that was pretty badly dented for an older vehicle. Steve the manager was awesome. He looked and made calls on a few options only to find out they didn't carry anything that would fit. He asked if he could see the rim, and if it would be ok for one of the techs to try and get the dent out. I didn't think that was even an option as bad as the dent looked to me.
