Loved the service quality and associates. Suggestions of options for products was a great addition. Got the tires i needed ahead of my online scheduled appointment and was able to get them on that day.
I have had to visit Discount Tire twice now and both times the service has been top notch. As a woman—the guys are always friendly, don’t talk down to you, and go above and beyond to explain things to you. I hope I don’t have any tire issues in the near future, but if I do I will without a doubt be a return customer!
Steve is the best employee 🙌 he goes above and beyond for his customers and the company is lucky to have him. He could run that shop on his own. If I go in and he isn't working I won't come back til he is! Highly undervalued employee. You won't be sorry to ask for him by name!
