Tires I bought are great. Recently I rotated my tires and found that they overtightened my lug nuts. I had a very tough time loosening the lug nuts (I weight over 210 pounds and had to jump on a breaker bar for each lug nut.) I had to drive around turning the wheel and hitting the brakes with loosened lug nuts to finally get the wheels to break free. 140 ft. lbs does not mean just keep going till your impact stops turning.
Always have good experience in all the stores I have used. With free rotations my tire have always lasted longer then the recommended mileage. Made appointment on line and they have always honored the appointment time.
Back on July 11th at around 5:15pm I stop at Discount Tires as I either had a nail or screw in my tire. The cost was $860.67 for 4 new tires and I put the warranty on them. Then on Aug 27th I ended up picking up something and had a flat, so I went back on Aug 28th. I had to get 4 new tires at $643.21, when only one was flat. I was never told why I had to get all 4 replaced, why have a warranty on them if it's not going to cover anything, very disappointing as this I could not afford back to back with 8 tires.
