What a great experience! Angel, Owen, and team took such great care of us! We are on a long haul trip across the U.S. with a timeline to meet and blew a tire on our travel trailer near Casper the previous night. We called and Angel said to come on in and they would get us taken care of. We ended up needing two new trailer tires due to debris and decided to replace our truck tires as they were due. So I went here to see if they could patch my tire for my truck awhile few days ago, and they said that they couldn’t patch it bc it had already been patched but on a different part of the tire. Which it’s kinda funny that they said that bc I have worked at multiple tire shops throughout my life and I have never once heard of it being a “safety” issue to do that. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I went there to get my tire fixed.They told me if I got windshield wipers, they'd fix my tire for free. So I got windshield wipers, and they didn't fix my tire. They took the tire off the rim and gave me my rim and tire separately. They would not put it back on even after repeated requests. Do not go here, id give them 0 stars if I could. Amazing tire shop with excellent service! A year ago I came in for a patch, but the tire was too far gone. I couldn’t afford a new one, and the manager covered the cost. Since then, This is where my friends, family, and I purchase tires.
