Wouldn't mount brand new tires (albeit they were not purchased through tire rack) because "the load range isn't high enough" despite the tires being manufacturer spec for my truck. Drove down to les Schwabe of poulsbo and successfully set up an appointment in 5 minutes after they verified that the load range was more than acceptable for my 3/4 ton truck. I went in for a regular tire rotation, had an appointment, walked in they met me at the door, everyone was friendly & informative, had me checked in then back in my car leaving within 20 minutes, these guys rock.
Tyler was incredibly helpful with a last minute stop-in! He checked my tires for air pressure, checked the sensors and gave me a quote for new tires. He was professional and very personable. Great customer service!
Great customer service and nice tire prices. In and out in less than an hour with a full set of new tires. All staff are exceptionally helpful.
