Friendly, fast service at competitive rates!! 4 new tires installed while staying in the vehicle. In and out in 30minutes with no appointment.
Ordered tires online was told the wrong size tires were ordered and the difference was almost $80. They had told me the back tires were okay. So I had asked if I could just do the 2 front tires. James was so kind and took care of the almost $80. Due to the weather we are suppose to be getting Tuesday into Wednesday he did not want me out in the weather with 2 new tires and 2 tires that were ok. I appreciate it very much. We will be back and will recommend to anyone

First time using Discount Tire Lake St Louis and very impressed with pricing and staff. James and Jaxin were great to work with from ordering specific tires, explaining tire strategy and in-shop customer service. Felt like I was at the country club.
Have bought (2) sets of tires for my daughter’s car. Being her age, always on the go. When my car comes due, there is no other place for tires. The staff are great. Give you spot on quotes over the phone. I live very close and the one time we dropped it not 10 min after arriving home, they were calling saying it was done. Free rotations and patches for life of tires. The ONLY thing I wish they did was a bit more service since they are so good. Brake pad replacement would be great.
