My visit in May was great. Even though only my back tires were being replaced, they wouldn't let me leave until they had checked my alignment. This time I replaced my front tires, where alignment matters even more, and I left without one because no one on staff could do it. I booked a 2:00 appointment for two new tires and an alignment, and told them when I booked that the tire had failed and I wanted them to check whether my tire coverage would apply. Really nice people.
Slow leak in a tire. I stopped to have it checked and they got me right in. My tires are in acreage shape, and I know I will need to replace them in the next year. I will definitely purchase them here. I appreciated not being upsold
Will always use the business, any location. The Lake St Louis location did an amazing service for me today. I leave knowing my tires are in perfect condition every time. They do not try to hassle and upcharge. Very patient and friendly. Top recommendation for getting your tires replaced for fixed.
