Made online appointment, showed up early to be sure I was checked in on time. Appointment time came and went and after 45 minutes after my appointment time I left with out service. Might have been different if office staff was keeping tabs and updating customers as to progress, but they failed at that too.
The customer service here is great! The Lake St Louis team are always friendly and helpful!
My recent experience at Discount Tire was outstanding! Jaxin and every team member there was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I would recommend them for your tire needs.
First thing that I noticed was how clean the entire location was. Not just the waiting area but the parking lot and the shop looked liked you could eat off the floor. Definitely some attention to detail that had me feeling good about my choice to come here. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable staff. To top it all off I was back home new tires and all pretty well exactly and hour after I left my house to head to the appointment. Quick in and out no bs just great service!
Great experience at Lake St. Louis location. They replaced my bad tire on my 2022 GMC 2500 Denali. They also made sure the other 3 were good along with a balance - free. Relatively short time waiting for a walk-in on mid day Saturday.
