Best experience ive had at a tire shop in a long time. Excellent customer service all around. From the phone call to in store visit. I've been in the automotive field for many years and these guys did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this store for your tire needs!
Kevin (Store Manager) went above and beyond what I expected. My daughter’s car needed new tires and I suspected an alignment issue. He was honest with me and advised that it was severely out of alignment (due to a recent fender bender) that their store could not do the alignment. They also shared some photos they took of some interesting things they found with the frame and radiator hose while they were looking underneath. I appreciate their honesty and advice!
I had a great experience today at discount tire! Dominic and Sean were super helpful and respectful! They both displayed deep knowledge to answer my every question and were both super kind! Thanks for the great experience! I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve gone to Dobbs my entire driving life because they’re convenient and everywhere but that just changed. I had a nail in my tire and Dobbs couldn’t get me in the same day, and quoted almost $100 to fix that specific tire. On a whim, I drove down the street to Discount Tire to see if they could help. They got me in immediately. The customer service was five-star from the moment I walked in.
