Came to Branson for a weekend trip and had a low pressure alert on my truck. Stopped in they found the issue and had me in and out in 40 minutes and charged me nothing. Great service and great people.

Took my vehicle in today to get four new tires. I was very happy with Joseph’s customer service. He walked me through tire choices including ratings and pros/cons of each tire, considering things like lifestyle factors & main use of the vehicle. They also helped my husband in the past with a tire that we didn’t even purchase there. We will be return customers. The location is convenient and the lobby is clean. I was impressed with the speed of service, too.
While dealing with an issue with enterprise rentals, I brought my rental to discount tires. I was already behind schedule and needed to be on the road to travel. In a situation that was frustrating and felt helpless, not only were the managers helpful, but big shoutout to Evan. As soon as I told him the issue he got me pulled in the bay to be taken care of, no questions asked.
