Had tires rotated and balanced. Only complaint was they never checked my air in tires and I was halfway home and noticed that 2 of my tires was low. Very disappointing when it should have been checked.
Had a nail in our tire. They were quick to get me in, remove the nail and patch my tire. Best part. It was free even though I didn’t have insurance on my tires.
It was my first time, and I’ll definitely stick with them — very fast, quality work, and great service.
I love our discount tire store. If I could I would live there. I’m a tire guy. The only thing I love more than a new pair of shoes for me is a new pair of shoes for my truck!
No one likes to “have” to visit a tire shop, but Robert made the visit so pleasant. He informed me of every option and even researched and came up with an alternative. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m apparently rough on tires and the one I had couldn’t be patched anymore…a 3 patch limit. 🤷♀️. Who knew…Robert did and assisted with getting me new tires with minimal stress. I’ve been a customer for years but this just confirms why I’ll continue to come back every time. I love Discounts customer service.
