5 stars all the way! The staff here are extremely courteous and professional about their services. I called them and they gave me a quote to chang my tires for a lower price than Sams Club and Walmart! On top of that, when I went in they helped repaired a flat snow tire of mine that I brought in seperately at no additional cost also! It took them only an hour to changed out my tires, bagged my old tires for me, and repaired my extra flat tire. I was very impressed considering how busy they were that day. Brandon there is awesome, I've had a couple tires there repaired. I haven't even bought anything recently but he's always been great. Will go there in a year or so when I do need new tires.
I stopped at discount tire 20 mins before they opened and asked if they could add air to a low tire. They were happy to help me out. I told there tech the tire was leaking. He looked it over and found a bad valve steam. They replaced it for me quickly and didnt charge me anything. Great customer service. I Will go out of my way next time to use then in the future.
They failed to put all the lug nuts back on my tire. I found one sitting in my cup holder. The service technician never told me that they did this, which I can only assume means that their attention to detail is at best, minimal to non-existent. Failure to do this put my life in danger, as well as those driving around me. This kind of incompetence is not worth the price.
