Was very impressed with service. 4 new tires installed on vehicle. Checked in @ 8 am and was out by 8:25 am. Easy to match tires to car, pay online and schedule appointment. Very satisfied customer.
All of my numerous Customer experiences at Discount Tire Have been exceptional. Appleton West is my “home“ store, but I have had other experiences with DT stores in other states so that I would attribute the outstanding service and the friendly employees to company policy. They are the greatest! 👍
Took 2023 Ford Truck for patch to tire for small nail. They refused to patch tire claiming my tires all needed to be replaced, so I left went to Les Stumpf dealer who patched my tire without issue stating my tires were in great condition. Discount tire lost potential customer when my actual tires need replacing…
They were very kind and helpful
I highly recommend stopping by and getting a quote from Discount Tire. Fast friendly service and excellent product selection.
