Caution – Questionable Tire Inspection Practices I usually don’t leave reviews, but I want to share my experience. My wife’s winter tires failed in less than a year with under 8,000 miles. The car isn’t driven in the summer since she works from home, so the tires had very little use. The shop told us the tires needed to be replaced, but I had purchase records showing they were less than a year old. Once I mentioned that, their response changed. Best service experience and exceptional prices! I highly recommend! The windshield wipers are the best.
This morning, the underbody cover of my mom’s car came undone and was dragging. We were across the street at Dunkin and I talked to the guy at the front desk who helped take it off so she can get it fixed when she gets home. I didn't get the guys name but I’m really thankful he was able to help me get it taken care of quickly. Good karma and kindness goes a long way!!
