I had a very good experience. When I arrived at the shop to have my tire installed, Jesse explained to me that there was some sort of a glitch in the system, and that the tire was not there, but Adam made a special trip to NTB down the road to remedy the situation. I had to wait a bit longer than I wanted to, but that’s just life! Other notable employees were Alex and Colin. Thanks guys!
