I will never go anywhere else for tires! After a frustrating experience with a name brand competitor where it took weeks to get my tires correctly balanced (ended up needing to go to a third party) I bought tires for my second car from Discount Tire simply because they had a brand of tires I wanted to try. Jake is the absolute kindest person I’ve met in a very long time. He’s looking out for customers safety over anything and I’m so thankful for people like him.
Had a great service call here last week! Had an appointment & the service writer actually met me in the parking area before I got inside! They took excellent care of rotating & balancing my tires & an alignment! Discussed it with me all along the way! You all did a great job! & my Fiat now rides @ interstate speeds like it should! Very good service. Even when busy and overwhelmed with customers. They try and accommodate everyone they can and they keep a good posture towards customers.
Every time I come here I always get fast and friendly service. I came in for a sensor issue and found out I needed tires. They put two tires on within 20 minutes. Prices are good.
