I have used Discount Tire since 2014. Today, they were a disappointment. My wife brought here car to put the tire back on the car. They did that, but they just threw the spare tire in, did not put anything where it is supposed to go. I paid $350 for ONE tire and this is the way they repay me. Might be the last time I go to Discount Tire!
I was not happy I had to go back a second day because they passed my car up and I ended up almost being late for work. I had to go back in to have them finally put the tire on that I had paid for the day before. I didn't get a sorry from them or nothing. I was not happy at all. But because I bought a tire from them and have a warranty for I will have to go back. I don't recommend them if you need fast service. Go with the expectations of being there for 2 -3 hours. I got there at 8:30 am and left without my tire @ 11:25.
Anthony was very quick, professional, and informative. Y’all always take care of our tires and make sure we’re safe on the road.
Great service. Was in, out, kept my reservation on time. My issue was handled and i was sent on my way. 2 thumbs up.
Anthony at the free air check was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. He got us set up and gave us the rundown on our tires thoroughly, even on a busy and hot day. Would definitely recommend and will be returning when we need new tires.
