I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. Jonathan and Joseph went above and beyond by patching the hole in my tire completely free of charge. They were both very hospitable, professional, and genuinely kind people who made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to help. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location and will definitely be coming back for my future tire needs!

they said i had a cracked rim and said they’d call me, never called, still have cracked rim and i had to postpone a trip with my girlfriend because i cant drive 5 hours on a cracked rim. Terrible service as well leading me to sit 3 and a half hours in an empty shop for a flat tire that i couldve fixed quicker when i was 8. If im giving you money for a job i expect it to be done right and i dont know if its cause i am young and appear susceptible to scams and appear like i am able to be pushed around but I am completely disap... read more
