Always have amazing service here! Been a couple times for different reasons and the whole staff is so lovely, helpful, patient and kind! Iseah was helping us today and he was perfect. This was my 3rd time visiting this location but this time the customer service i received was horrible! The employee Shane was extremely condescending and blatantly rude. He tried to upsale my husband and I on a tire we bought from them last year. The tire had been loosing air pressure and their policy is to repair a tire under a certain amount of tread and ours fell within their policy, he told us if it couldn't be repaired we would have to buy a new one from them because they couldn't put it back on.
