We picked up a nail on the way to airport. Discount Tire was very busy. Ryan got me in and out in 15 minutes. I can’t say enough! Very friendly! Helped us out when we were in trouble. I will return when I need tires!
Went to see them because of an issue with a tire I purchased from them some time ago. I had the certificate so I was informed that if they couldn't repair the tire then they replace it on for free. Paul the customer service rep was very professional and courteous and I ended up replacing all 4 tires. He informed me that it would be about an hour wait and I would just wait there. Ten minutes after left my house headed to Louisville towing my travel trailer, the tire pressure monitoring system alarmed I was able to pull over to see I had a nail stuck my sidewall. Since the pressure was holding I decided to press on and see if I could find a tire shop across the river that could help. At 4:10pm, Paul answered the phone and said they certainly help me.
