Part 1 of 2: I had an absolute nightmare experience at this O’Fallon, IL Discount Tire. Under zero circumstances would I use Discount Tire again after this. I used them for years before this without issue. They will damage your wheels and brake caliper, not tell you about it after they do so, and drag it out over 3 months to resolve the issue. Todd was absolutely amazing very professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous! I have a 2024 model Y Tesla and Discount Tire has gone above and beyond the call of duty I highly recommend them!
Part 2 of 2: A month goes by with no word. I call the shop again. Shain states I never returned his call and they had never ordered the wheels. During this time the number of damaged wheels also magically dropped to only 2 out of 4. Thank goodness I called again to verify as I can’t imagine the time delay this would have caused.
