Thank you so much, Oscar! I went to another tire shop because it was closer to home and I was short on time. Unfortunately, I left with my tire sensors not working properly. My husband called Discount Tire and spoke with Oscar, who listened to our situation and scheduled me first thing the next morning. He took care of the issue within 10 minutes and even took the time to explain what went wrong. Excellent customer service — thank you again, Oscar!
