In short, this place ROCKS!!! We are on a cross-country trip, and while we were at Caprock Canyons State Park doing a quick tire inspection before heading out, we found our Airstream tires (especially one) in really bad shape, definitely not safe to travel on. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes after being told the tire replacement would take about 35 minutes. When I finally made the long line once more to ask for an update, I was told my name had been called and that the car was already finished for a while. So kind and accommodating! My son had just fell asleep and they were able to come out to me, letting me stay in the car the entire process! I was done in 30 minutes with no appointment. The whole staff was so nice and helpful!
