Been doing business with Discount Tire for over 30 years. Had tires rotated and balanced this morning and threw the weights as soon as I got on the highway. This is the second time this has happened. In addition, they did not correct my tire pressures. Went to another location to have this rectified. Losing my faith in what used to be a great product.
Set appointment for 1:30. Showed up a little bit before. Hayden had everything ready to go. Told me my car would be ready at 2:17 was out 1:36. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient
Awful attention to detail. I am concerned about the quality of work if they can't even get the tech side right.
Stopped by Discount Tire and had a great experience. Hayden helped me out and made everything quick and easy. The whole team was friendly, and I was in and out faster than I expected. Definitely recommend this location.
Seriously. What is the point of having an appointment time, that I have to show up for, but still have to wait for. How about you tell me to show up when you’re ready for me instead of having me wait for over an hour….
