I made an appointment this time , but sometimes I don’t and the service is always great. I might have to wait a little longer, but the store is in a great area that you can go to another store and browse.
It was a busy morning the day I went in. The associate took my information, recorded the info needed and informed me it would be a while before they got to my vehicle. He also told me about the program they had where I could come back at 2:30 and it would be done by 3:30. Came back at 2:30, they finished, It beat sitting and waiting all day!
Disappointed in timing. I have been to Discount Tire Stores since I was a teenager. I came in to check the tires on my Daughter's car and the person working at the air station was amazing. He was very thorough and felt I might need an alignment. I was immediately helped and quoted a time for balance and sensor.I was told to come back in an hour.
