I I usually have great interactions with discount tires and have purchased several sets for multiple vehicles, but after I got a flat tire while traveling, I took it off and brought it in and was told that it would be a couple of hours. I waited for almost 4 hours, and they still haven’t even gotten to it. I understand being busy, but if that is the case, then they need to give better estimates of time. The tire equipment badly damaged my vehicle. When I noticed the damage, the store was closed. I called the next morning requesting to see the cameras. Discount Tires has no cameras. So, it is impossible to prove that the employee damaged my vehicle. I'm sure the employee is going to lie about it. The manager even justified the employee not doing it because I had prior vehicle damage (a small dent in my door, my 4-year-old did, and my rim has a curb rash). Came to this location just to get my tires checked for air and wear. Pulled into air check location ( the only vehicle) wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff. Waited nearly 15 minutes, not a single staff member came nor stated that I would be helped. I have never been treated so rudely. I was blatantly ignored. Please avoid this location if at all possible.
