Some guy named Sean/Shawn turned a long nightmare 1 star review into 5 stars..based upon his professionalism & putting himself in the customers situation, he must be the regional manager...I had an on going unresolved issue...this man is serious about the company reputation..
I can’t say enough about how nice the staff is that works here. Their customer service skills are off the charts. I really appreciate that. I came in here to get four new tires. They had to order them and they took a few days to come in. They sent me an email to let me know they were in. I was told to come in anytime to have them put on. They said it would take an hour. They always take good care of me, appreciate the friendly service.. they were a bit booked out over Xmas, by appt only, but this time drove right up for a quick balance check/rotate.. Mgr was attentive to detail and noticed my 20yr old lug nuts were losing their cosmetic cover, ended up buying a new set from them.. well done, thanks.
Trent & the tire guys are excellent! Very informative assessment and “no pressure”. My 04’Element EX had a Tire Patched, Balanced 4 tires and they changed my Wiper Blades in a hour. They take care great care of our 2018 Wrangler too. I look forward to buying new Tires/Rims for Summer as well. Thanks for all the help today!
