Everyone in the store looks to be top notch. They are always busy but the customer service is outstanding. Their warranty program is what sold me and Eric explained all my options so I could make an informed decision
Horrible experience with the service writer Kyle V Neckle. I went in for an alignment and to swap into winter tires. When I got my vehicle, I got a broken driver's window and the paint on my hood, roof and trunk started to peel in large flakes. Store manager was kind and replaced my tires, but the service writer was something else.
Amazing service
Flat repair needed while on road trip to CO. Tire damaged beyond repair from a local trail. 100% replacement for certificate coverage was in effect, but In-stock replacement tires weren't suitable for me. They noted my account and got me situated with an acceptable used spare to cover me for my 1000 mile drive home where I am able to get the proper new replacement ordered and installed.
