How How
Wasted 45 min of my day to tell me that my tire had been “dummy plugged”, and they would not patch/repair the tire. Made an appt, arrived, talked with the salesman/tech about the flat repair/plug, they pulled my truck into the bay, removed/reimstalled my tire, all to tell me they didn’t repair it.
This is the place for tires. I have bought complete sets of tires and one set of wheels for three different jeeps at the Alvin, Tx store. Always in and out in less than an hour if you pre-order online and make an appointment for the install. They have a great system for handling customers and doing the tire work, and the store is well staffed with well trained employees. My only complaint is that their online ordering process could be improved for ordering off-road, non-standard sized tires for lifted vehicles. It has gotten... read more
It was my first time going to this location and I'll definitely be coming again. Great and fast service. The associates go outside or meet at the door as soon as you walk in. Customer satisfaction and great service is definitely a priority for them. 10/10
