I made appointment for flat repair Discount Tire Alvin, Tx , when I arrived told the person helping me that it was probably time for rotate and balance and asked if I could get that done since I was there and he said yes . Curtis does a great job to highly recommend somebody to come get their tires here or even wheels rotated if you need great service
Over the years they have had good service and we have always taken our vehicles to this alvin location, but after what happened today I dont want their mechanics anywhere near my truck. I came in to get two front tires replaced as one had a leak, i received a text about an hour later telling me my truck was ready. In reality the tire that initially had the leak had 3 of out 5 bolts on the tire cross-threaded and one completely broken off due to how stuck it was.
