Came in for help an hour before closing and had Mr. Curtis C assist me with 2 tire issues on a car rental. Mr. C was extremely professional throughout dealing with the rental car agent over the phone getting the tire issues sorted and answering my questions. The Discount tire team overall were very courteous to me and my family member. Thank you so much!
Staff was very courteous, helpful and listened to my concerns on the car front tire. While to store looked busy, the service was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed on the timeline of the service work.
My low tire alarm came on my truck dash. Pulled into a Discount Tire - they have an air check station. They checked / aired up all 4 of my tires (no charge). Alarm cleared. Staff member was extremely polite and helpful. Will continue to use Discount for all my tire needs.
Thank you to Liam and the team for providing exceptional customer service. My tires were in stock and I was in and out under 30 minutes .
Even when they are busy they will let you know "We will be with you in a moment ". All so friendly and knowledgeable. Will explain any questions you have. Would highly recommend using them even for a flat tire.
