Always get great service for my small company. Service guys in the front offices are courteous and knowledgeable.
This place is amazing. Customer safety and service are paramount. I had a safety conflict with my pre-ordered tires and existing setup. Instead of just mounting the tires and sending me on my way they brought it to my attention and offered immediate solutions. Solutions that did NOT lead to higher costs to the customer. They just wanted it to be right and safe. Discount tire has a family of customers for life. Thanks gentlemen.
Had a slow leak in our front tire. Hubby went and waited for them to check it out. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. When we are ready for new tires we will be returning. Thanks for great service!
Worst place ever my wife dropped off her car for an alignment fist thing they do is up charge her for a rear wiper she calls me and I said sure go ahead I knew it needed replaced (did they do it nope but charged her for it) got the alignment done she picks up the car and they try not to give here the alignment sheet she asked for it and puts in the car I come home and see the sheet the final results show more red then when they started DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE no my first bad experience but will be my last
They took great care of me. No hassle and kind people
