So much for scheduling the appointment online to get reasonable waiting time. Went for tire rotation and remove screw from tire. Rotation was not done because had driven less than 500 miles from last visit. I was told it would be quick since they will just check tire pressure and remove the screw. Customers came and went with and without appointment, I waited 1 hr. 30 mins. for the simple job to get done. Was bringing a second vehicle but I think I'll wait for the next time since I only have tire cert. for the one vehicle.

Service was great and the staff took time to explaine. But I really don’t like their pricing practice. They tried to sell me a certificate at one price, then dropped it by half only after I said no. The company shouldn’t do business like this. They should set a fair price and treat everyone the same.
Best quality service and experience I have ever had in S. Florida.
