Fantastic experience, needed a tire patch. They were very helpful and friendly. Fast service especialy an hour before close on a Friday.
Didn't have my tires in stock and had to order them. They got them in the same day and They had them on before closing. Good job...
Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with Discount Tire. I walked into Discount Tire Thursday, February 27th and spoke with Tony. I called back 1 to 2 hours later to let him know to go ahead with the tires and wheels we talked about earlier that day. I was informed that the tires would arrive the next day (Friday) and wheels would arrive Friday but NLT Monday. Found a nail in my tire on Saturday at 4:30pm. I called discounted tire and thought I need to book an appointment on Monday because they are closed in 30 minutes. The guy named Tony on the phone told me to come over before 5 and they will take care of it for me. This is a big surprise to me given that most of the shops will get ready to close on Saturday late afternoon.
