We came in after calling ahead to check their availability, and became worried once we saw the full bays and customers running around an hour before close. Despite this, Koty was able to quickly get us checked in and figure out the payment method. He was very transparent and patient, which I appreciate. The gentleman who pulled my car into the bay and helped work on it was extremely professional and polite. The employees here do a wonderful job. We will be coming back for our next set of tires.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. I brought my vehicle in because one of the tires I purchased from Discount Tire was leaking. I trusted their technicians to inspect and repair the tire so my vehicle would be safe to drive. After they told me the repair was complete, I left the store and got back on the highway during rush hour. Shortly afterward, the tire came off my vehicle. Need to urgently get a tire patched because it had a screw in it. They answered the call. Took about an hour but they didnt charge. Excellent work boy. Whoever was DJ-ing in the shop, great choice of music!
