I’ve been buying tires from this place for years, usually purchase anywhere from 3 to 10 sets for the vehicles a year. The past several visits, their attention to detail and commitment to keeping their obligations has drastically taken a nose dive. I checked in online because I'm handycap and sat in my car thinking an employee would come out and check on me (thinking customer service back in the day used to run out to cars that drove in). I flagged down an employee and asked him if I had to go in since I checked in online. He said, "You checked in online?" I said, yes. He said, "Interesting, let me check" He came to me showing his handheld device showing my name being checked in but doesn't show what vehicle I have. He said, "See over there!"
