The service was disappointing… I arrived at 9:29 AM. They indicated my vehicle would be ready at 11:45 AM… It was 12:18 pm Before it was complete… Seven vehicles and customers that came in well after I did cars were serviced and out of there… Very poor marks with me
I’ve always appreciated the service at Discount Tire and continue to trust them with my vehicle needs. However, I wanted to suggest a change that could really improve the customer experience—especially when it comes to privacy. I was there last Saturday aroud 3 p.m. was my first time at that location at time arrived was a worker looks like hispanic guy with red shirt on the parking lot and I get closer just to ask a cuestion! I said to him: excuse me I have a cuestion! Then I was so rude then answer me I’m whit the customer get inside and take line! It’s not the word it’s the way he answered! Prepotent and indifferent! The rest of the team was kind and helpful!
This is a great location with very knowledgeable employees. I was so happy when they first opened in Hudson Oaks and continue to receive outstanding every time I need to stop.
