Friendly and knowledgeable representatives up front and in the shop. They offered sound advice and were very prompt.
If I could Rate 6 Stars... I would. Discount Tire in Racine took a very hard situation and made it seamless. I picked tires and wheels for my Japanese import. The tires weren't the right size, so there was grinding happening (of no fault of DT). They ended up replacing my tire with a more expensive better fitting tire. They ended up paying the difference in tire price for the "hassle", eventhough it was a mistake of my own. This was not my first experience with Discount Tire, however, this experience involved a safety hazard. Upon returning home I gave my new tire a quick inspection and noticed the my front driver side wheel was missing a lug nut.
