When the staff are in your car, not enough attention is paid to cleanliness and your interior. I have a car with beige cloth interior and on two separate occasions dirt/grease ends up on my apolstered seats from either the technician's hands/clothing/putting a tire in the back seat (bagged, though the bag has been dragged across the floor and is itself dirty). Very frustrating.
Service and Tires are great. However I get my bill and drive home. Then I look and see an extra charge of “$68 tire replacement” I didn’t approve or was even told about. You gotta let people know before you charge an extra service they don’t want, that’s pretty disappointing…
My experience has always been good. The staff and services workers are very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the work thay do. Any tire Problems you have thay are very good about what has to been done on correcting the Problem which is very nice.
