Spent 3 hrs waiting for a tire rotation/balance.
I took my car into this place because I had a severe vibration issue, I asked for road force balancing. upon there inspection they said I needed a rear tire in the rear but I know that tire is only 2 years old but I went ahead and paid the $300 for the one tire. Upon the completion of there work I notice the car is still shaking, in the same severe manner. I returned a few days later and they did another re-balance and nothing changed. Great service all the way around . Kyle in service great ,really cares. The technician really took great care of my vehicle. Highly recommend this establishment. They all take the time to make sure things are done right .
