Your appointment times mean absolutely nothing. This has happened multiple times. If I didn't have free tire rotation I wouldn't go to your store.
Broke my lugnut and made me replace it myself after waiting for 4 hours and didn’t do alignment. Had to go home and fix the threads for lugnut myself and bring it back. Still no alignment
He explained everything to me like I was 5, and I left feeling safe.
