Once again, the best customer service. I went in with what I thought was a leaky tire. Anthony took a look at all the tires, showed me where my tread was and said I do not need new tires. Kevin explained everything they looked at and made sure all the tires were at the right pressure. Highly recommend!!

I am a 31 year old female and tasks like getting new tires always has me dragging my feet. Ryan at Discount Tires immediately greeted me at the door, educated me on EVERYTHING—and not just some BS up-sale pitch. Its the first time i’ve actually understood what my options were/what I was paying for and not just saying yes to everything out of awkwardness. 10/10 experience. Their computer screen is mirrored so you can see everything on your side. It was just a very transparent transaction start to finish.
Troy was very polite and educated on the tires needed for my vehicle as well as all of the services offered at Discount Tires for their clients. I promise I wasn't happy that my run flat tire that I purchased at another Discount Tires location went bad so quickly but because of Troy at St. Peters Discount Tires location they will definitely be keeping as a happy client! I really appreciate all of his help.
I called them before I came in, they said it’d take 60-80 minutes to change my tires. Ok cool, I get there and I’m really emphasizing the fact that I’m on a time crunch. While in line, I hear a woman say she was told a different wait time and they estimated another 1.5hrs on top of what they’d initially told her. The guy who was helping me told me he’d be able to complete my service before 1pm. It’s 1:20pm, I’m still here.
