Sat here for 20 minutes to get an air check and possibly a new tire. A guy came out looked at my car yelled "air check" then went back inside. I waited about 20 minutes and nobody came out. Absolutely horrible customer service.

It’s just hard to recommend getting tires from anywhere not called “Discount Tire”. This is the 5th location that me or my wife have been to, and it’s just always the same great service. I have noticed that all the little “service charges” have found a way to continue their trend of as adding more and more to the overall cost each time I buy tires here but that seems to be the norm these days.
