I had to come in for having a nail in my tire. Making the appointment online was very simple. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and kindly. I was given an estimate how long it might take, which I appreciated. It only took them about half an hour, which was less than their estimate. The waiting area was playing Christian music, which I loved! When given the keys to my car I was told I am free to go, which pleasantly surprised me, because I definitely expected a bill!
