Stephen and Shane are literally the best 2 discount employees I've ever dealt with. Shane was extremely polite and didn't have the fake smile. He's genuinely a nice guy. And Stephen cut straight through all of the back and fourth and just plugged me into the information I needed, I don't know if its Azle, or what, but these guys are very hard working, honest, energetic. And it's hot and miserable and they just have the best attitudes. Thanks yall'
I had the most wonderful blessing at discount tire, actually it was a miracle. If you ever need tires and need a reasonable price go to them and let them know how much money you can spare and see what they can do for you, ask for Greg.
Everyone is quick to engage and they are nice, helpful and the important thing—they know what they are doing!
Exceptional is an understatement to say the least. Lewis was responsible for my flawless experience this morning. Answered all of my questions, completed my services in a timely manner, and informed me that Discount tire does alignments now. Blessed not to have to go elsewhere. You can tell every Discount Tire has a similar hiring strategy.. Hire the soul and train for the role. Couldn't be prouder to bring my business here. They value my time and therefore my money. Thank you again Lewis. Cheers.
Drove in for air in the tire found out it needed to be patched due to a nail. Put us in line for repair and we came back an hour later and they patched it for free!
