Update July 22: Again, getting lip service and wasting my time to reply. Seem like a manager contact back with “ I will get you taken care of. “ kind of promise. Outstanding customer service, fast friendly and efficient!! Most highly recommend! I’ve always been impressed with discount tire and this store was by far the best, well done to the whole team!! In the 30 min it took to get two new tires, I saw outstanding customer service and very fast turn around times.
Excellent service by experienced techs. Easy online purchase quickly sent to my store. Third set of tires I have purchased through Discount Tire.
I put new tires from Discount tire few months back. I always go there for Balance or tire rotation. Few days back I went to do Balance tires and rotation. They did for me but they damaged my lug nut and wheel stud. They didn't tight all the way inside. U can see in pic. Left side.
