They did thousands of dollars of damage to a friend’s Rivian, and won’t take any responsibility. They went in to the vehicle settings to delete footage of misdeed too. Don’t take an EV here, or expect any accountability from this location. A real shame as DT used to be noticeably better than most tire shops.

Big shoutout to Nathan. He is always calm, collective and professional. He has been my to go person whenever I need assistance. Most recently, he truly went above and beyond by squeezing me in at the last minute to replace two tires after I hit a pothole. His willingness to help on short notice in his expertise made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Nathan and Discount Tire for their outstanding service and reliability.
