I recently failed my safety inspection because of tires and didn't know where to turn. It was my good fortune to contact Jacob at Discount Tire based on a friend's recommendation. Upon my first visit to Discount Tire, customer service representative James was there to greet me and get me set up with my choice of tires in rapid speed. As a military veteran, I was impressed that they support veterans by offering military discounts of all their services. I will be recommending your services to my family and friends. Thank you.
I went to get my tires checked and the asst Mgr Jacob found exposed steel on a tire and all tires worn down before warranty. Was not expecting to get 4 new tires but they prorated all the worn tires and got front end alignment which was much needed. Great service and integrity! I didn’t mind waiting a little longer as they were super busy and I did not have an appointment.
I had an appointment to rotate my tires. When I arrived on time, I was told I had a two (2) hour wait. What is the point in having appointments? My time is valuable and I should not have to wait on walk ins to be serviced first.
These people will take care of you and you’ll 100% leave with a smile. If any problem occurs they’re willing to compensate and give you more than what you paid for.
