I've had generally good experiences with DT, but absolutely NOT a fan of this location. Went in for a standard rotation and balance and after an hour of waiting in the (nearly empty) lobby, my car hadn't been touched. It was obvious why...only one of six employees were doing any work in the bays. And the one employee working looked like he didn't care about the job: messy clothes, kicking tools around and dragging his feet. He also couldn't figure out how to get a vehicle on the scissor lift. Not a fan of this location. Went in for a rotation and balance and waited an hour while seeing only one of six employees doing any work in the bays. Also the single employee doing the work looked disheveled and struggled to figure out how to get a vehicle on the scissor lift. He resorted to using hand jacks, which I'd bet, weren't being placed under the proper jacking points. I asked for my keys to leave and the assistant manager copped an attitude. I scheduled a 2:30 PM appointment with Cameron over the phone at 11:32 AM today. I arrived early at 2:20 PM, but as of 4:15 PM, my car still had not even been taken back for service. When I asked, Alex told me I wasn’t “checked in” as an appointment — but that is not my responsibility.
