Great staff who knows how to listen to your needs, very transparent and moves quick. Ordered a set of rims and tires online, had some delay with shipping, did not get on time for scheduled appointment for installation, jef was very accomodating and explained what was going on got everything fixed, cameron called next day and upgraded to better tire and very quick install...this people knows and good at what they do. Will start moving the rest of my vehicles when it comes to tire need at this place.

Direct tire damage my vehicle and refuses to fix it. My car has been on the ground since November of 2025. I have a 2014 CLS550 and they put my rims on backwards. Corporate office has audacity to say because of the age of my car that's why it's broken. This is a slap in the face. They think because they're corporate and I'm just an individual I'm just going to lay down and let them walk all over me. Because of their negligence my car was towed and damaged while towing. Took almost 3 hours to have two tires installed and alignment checked! Also notice every wheel has scratches, dings, and scuffs on them now! Highly disappointed!
