Took almost 3 hours to have two tires installed and alignment checked! Also notice every wheel has scratches, dings, and scuffs on them now! Highly disappointed!
They have great customer service they made sure everything was good on my wife truck didn’t let her truck leave with a bad tire I highly recommend them
Went in for 2 trailer tires today, Alex was very knowledgeable and talked through options for my specific application. He had me taken care of very quickly and professionally. It is increasingly rare to experience excellent customer service from a real expert...I will definitely use DT for all my tire needs from now on.
I usually don't have a problem with this location. All 3 of my cars come here for tires. Today however I don't know what was the problem. Made an appointment for 3:30 ,but didn't get seen until 4:15 (STRIKE 1) Well while I wait let me get a wheel alignment. The "designated " alignment guy is off today.
