Excellent customer service!
I had an original appointment for Saturday. I called and got one today instead. 7-17-25. My appointment was 2:45 I was OUT at 3:35. Customer service was excellent the building was clean bathroom clean. I couldn't have asked for any better service
I appreciate being worked in to patch my tire after 5pm. The service was quicker than expected and I was updated on the time to expect my car to be ready. Great service from everyone.
I hardly ever stop to write a review but I have to shout out Discount Tire for their impeccable customer service! I usually go to the Fayetteville location but I have also got service at the Peachtree City location. I recently got a flat near Chamblee and had to go there. What I am finding is that no matter what location I go to, the service reps are knowledgeable, helpful and always pleasant. Keep up the great work Guys! I'll be back and so will my family and friends!
