I went here today they had a big line and I went with no appointment but they helped me as soon as possible and made me feel very important I had to wait 2 hrs for them to work on my car but again it was busy and they were getting cars in and out pretty fast when they worked on my car it didnt take long at all I was very happy
I scheduled a 2:15 PM appointment specifically to avoid a long wait, arriving five minutes early at 2:10 PM to check in. However, my vehicle wasn't brought into the bay until 4:00 PM—nearly two hours after my scheduled time—and the service wasn't completed until 4:50 PM. I have been a customer of Discount Tire since 2021. I initially visited the store in Rome Georgia because I had a slow leak and they repaired it at no charge. They simply ask that when I needed tires I give them a look. I did so I have found the service at every Discount Tire to be exemplary! I have now purchased my second set of tires from discount tires and I tell anyone who will listen that it is the best way to purchase and maintain your tires.
