The tire experience was great - needed a replacement and was able to get one ASAP. They offer alignments now, and they're cheaper than the going dealership rate, so I went through with the process. Unfortunately, they did snap the nut off a seized bolt, leaving me to get the seized bolt removed. I definitely wish they would've just not taken a giant breaker bar to the bolt for an extra 0.04 degrees of toe and told me they can't align the car, but hey. They're new at this.
