I have to say, if you have an issue they make sure to correct it in any way possible. The manager at this location is a fantastic guy with a great crew
Excellent. I replaced my tires. Customer service way beyond superb. Even found a rebate from the manufacturer of my tires. Everything from making the appointment on the phone with Hanna to checkout was great. Highly recommend!
Will, Joe and Ewan are great at what they do. They’re willing to go above and beyond, they listen and respond to your concerns, and are of a generally pleasant disposition. I’d recommend this shop to anyone wanting tires mounted and balanced. Plus, the Discount Tire warranty is the cherry on top.
The Employees at this location are always respectful and acknowledge you when you walk in . Not like the Macedonia location bad experience at that location. Wait time is too long !!!
3 hours at this location and multiple times I bring up how every discount tire has done nothing but show me why I shouldn’t go anymore and this one proves it to me for the final time. I thank you for opening my eyes to how terrible of a franchise you are. 3 hours and $370 for you to put the wrong TPMS in my wheels/tires. I can’t believe this can happen when I enter the part number from the receipt and your own website shows they aren’t compatible.
