I have had two flat repairs done at this location and both times it was a very positive experience. Everyone was super nice and not pushy at all (obviously I wasn't buying anything but I saw the way they interacted with other customers.) I will definitely be back when I'm ready for new tires!
Not sure what happened but we got here at 10:35 and after seeing people come and go ,got up and asked when it will be done and they told us at 12:22 so I probably won't be coming back.
Amazing professionalism and customer service. My first time going to Discount tire. My Jeep needed some K03s, I made an appointment and within 30 min of my appointment time I was done! The whole time they kept running over and keeping me informed of progress. Fantastic experience.
Had an appointment for rotate and balance. Was greeted when I walked in and was taken care of by a nice young lady. Vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and told me what they did and asked if I had any questions. Like this store.
