Went in there to have air put in my tires for them to tell me that I needed a new valve stem. They replace it just for me to come back the next day for that same tired to be low on air. Not sure if it’s a lot of new staff or what is going on at this location, but the service has been less than optimal. With me having to go elsewhere to have the same services done that I just had done at Discount Tire.
I would like to say thank you to the staff here at the Hinesville location. The whole crew was awesome! They were friendly and helpful! Everyone seemed to be in place! Easy experience! Thank you!
Very professional in great warranty
Got tires here a couple of months ago and did not get the road hazard warranty. My wife damaged the sidewall the first week i wasnt to worried about it however she picked up a nail a couple of days ago and for some reason I couldn't get a plug in it. I took it up to just have a plug put in it, i expected to pay about $20. The guy's saw the side wall damage and basically told me that they would just replace the tire i would just pay $17 for the road warranty. So basically I got a brand new tire less than a plug.
