My wife is 9 months pregnant and we needed tires (damage on one and worn) but I was worried about not having the car ready. I went ahead and ordered my very specific speciality tires at 10PM on a Sunday. Got a text that the tires had arrived at 8AM Monday (originally had a Thursday appointment). Got a call at 9 asking if I wanted the tires installed same day. By noon tires were on the car. Wife started having contractions at 5. Discount Tire for the win.
Quick and great service
I have used Discount Tire in other states but this was my first time here. They ordered the tires and when I came the appt they weren't there but Blair was very nice and helpful and got my tires fixed and done today. He went above and beyond what he had to do and it was very appreciated. Highly recommend Discount Tire and Blair for all your tires needs in the Hinesville area.
They cross threaded my lug nut and when I brought it in to have it fixed they wouldn’t accept responsibility for it and tried to blame someone else yet nobody has touched the tires on my vehicle but them I will be filing a lawsuit for the price i have to pay for their mess up
