Instead of spending a lot of time explaining what went wrong with my initial experience, I want to focus on how they made things right. I'm thankful that when corporate got involved everyone at this location went the extra mile to make sure that they upheld what was told to me over the phone. And that is to "make sure that my car is safer when I leave than when it came in." Thank you for going above and beyond to make me happy as a continued loyal customer. This is the thrird DiscountTire Store in Georgia that I have used and hands down I would not use any other tire store… I've even given their topackage as a gift to my family members cause you can't beat Discount Tires for their quality and service. Even when yomoney is funny their used tires beat the others...PERIOD!!!they will check crec your tires even if you didn't purchase them. Free🥹
