I bought some tires (and got an alignment)) from these guys last month. This store is great. The up-front guys are total professionals-- demonstrating excellent customer service and communication abilities. The two initial phone calls I made to the store were both answered on the 2nd ring. Kind of an unfair review, I admit. But hear me out..... I pulled into the parking lot, and it was almost completely full. I just assumed they were cars being dropped off and picked up as usual. I managed to park, and I went inside, and I saw a line of no less than twelve people plus about six other people sitting around. There was one person at the front counter helping people. I would absolutely recommend this tire shop. I mainly worked with CJ & Preston. I am so very grateful for their genuinely kind customer service. It makes taking care of those task so much easier.
