We were in and out of store in less than 15 minutes. I knew the tires I wanted before arriving haven made the choice on their website. We dropped off the SUV and were given an approximate time to pick up 1 1/2 hours later. We were emailed within one minute of stated time. When we arrived at store we were presented with the invoice, we paid and were out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Can’t beat that find of service!
Been here twice. Waited 3-4 hours both times for an alignment. I had to come in the Second time because the alignment was still off .. after waiting, they told me there was a few parts that needed to be replaced.. so I was initially upset .. but Bruce called me and did what he could to make it right. I was out of town for a few months but they took care of me as soon as I came in. I always get my tires here, for both vehicles, and we’re new here, so I appreciated it.
Girlfriend called and they gave her price to install tires and then when she got there the price doubled. I think they just take advantage of wealthy woman. If you quote a price you should stand behind it even if you loss money. I would not send my wife there.
They always operate with such integrity and always take care of their customers. I wanted to highlight Clayton, who is always a friendly and welcoming face who ensures that your needs are addressed quickly and Parker, who made sure to fix my issue with care and quickly. I could not imagine taking my car anywhere else
