Had tires replaced today. Quick and efficient service from the mechanics. I spent about 15 minutes in the waiting area before they were finished. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
I had a blow out on my new car. Discount Tire was able to find a new exactly same tire. They worked me in same day and replaced the tire in less than 45 minutes. They even vacuumed the dirt I got in the back of my car when I put the bad tire in. These guys are great! Thank you from the Kansas traveler 😎
I went in to purchase a tire due to a blowout. This salesman was trying to sell me some lug nuts. I declined. That tire ended up going flat on me. When I tried to change the tire I realized that the lug nuts were stripped. They were put on way to tight. Is this cause I declined the up sale? I had to get my car towed in which it cost me $175.00 dollars on top of having to purchase a tire. Was this done out of spite? Either way I would not recommend this staff or company to anyone! If they done it to me they will do it to you!
I needed 2 new tires for my Silverado. I shopped several locations before deciding to go with Discount Tire. Not only were the Goodyear tires the lowest price I could find, they even gave me my military discount! As an added bonus, when I mentioned I was also a AAA Member, they took off an additional amount. Once I decided that I wanted to go forth it was a great experience.
