They broke stud on wheel had me take to garage to have fixed. Made appointment that day to bring the car in a 11am on Wednesday this was on a Monday. Took the car as was asked by the garage. Sit there from 10:45 to 12:40 before the car was fixed. They didn’t order part till I arrived. Then I waited to find out they didn’t have part. They ordered it from another place and finally got the wheel fixed. I will tell you that was a lot of time took when they should’ve had the part when they setup the appointment.
Kirk at the Clarksville, IN store was very professional and helpful. Everyone at that store is top notch and always provide a great customer experience.
Antonio responded to my previous survey same day and made sure I was satisfied. I WILL BE BACK. Excellent service.
