need to focus on getting your service done right the first time, speed does not matter if you can't get it right
No Nonsense and extremely well run store. Doesn't take much to see that these guys know what they're doing and have a very awesome teamwork mentality!! Had a tire monitoring system issue that nobody else seemed to be able to fix. Sure wasn't going to take it to the Ford dealership and pay hundreds of dollars. Kudos to the manager Patrick, he manages that place very professionally and it shows!!
Very unprofessional I sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours waiting for a replacement of one tire ! Multiples cars that came after me were serviced first while I waited for my car very disrespectful
My tire had a metal rod in the sidewall and I had a surprise engagement to be at in and hour and a half. When I came in James took great care and made sure we were in and out in 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and kindness!
