My tire had a metal rod in the sidewall and I had a surprise engagement to be at in and hour and a half. When I came in James took great care and made sure we were in and out in 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and kindness!

Excellent customer service. Not everyone wants to work on a Tesla. They are great and take all precautions to safely remove the tires/wheels and have the various pucks needed to ensure there is no battery damage. Work is done in the time they estimated and the staff is polite and knowledgeable. They help assess your driving needs and habits to select the best tire. It isn’t necessarily the most expensive.
These folks are great to deal with. We have been to them for many different tire needs. Always nice people and the service and prices are amazing. They even repaired a tire for no charge for me. Thank you!
Huge shout out to Patrick and James. Patrick has always been great with communication and providing the help I need. I dealt with James the manager today. I had a mishap of the wrong tire being put on my car. Things happen were human no worries, but its truly how the staff handled the situation that gave them 👏 5 stars! As soon as I walked in the technician knew my situation and asked for my keys. Pulled my car right in and got to working. There was no hassle of a reimbursement. Very satisfied with the customer service!
