Discount Tire did a fantastic job. The woman at the front desk diagnosed my problem immediately. She knew I was on a road trip back from Florida to D.C. and needed two tires but could only afford one. She gave me the price for one tire because she wanted me to get home safely. After they took my car in, a technician came out about 25 minutes later and said the job was almost complete and I’d be out of there within 15 minutes. This is a great place to get your car looked after. They’ve helped me several times. Free lug nuts, free tire rotation/balances, and wiper services. I’ve used them frequently and I’ve always had a great experience.
I came screeching in the parking lot after my wife hit a pothole thinking you guys closed at 7. Bethany was promptly out to my car when she heard the commotion. Come to find out closing is at 6 and they made sure to let me know I wasn't leaving until I was safe. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone I Know. Michael was very informative as well!! All your employees are awesome!!! Bethany even offered a cookie......she can tell its been rough. Thanks Discount Tire!!!!
