My experience at this location on Raeford rd in Fayetteville has always been professional and pleasant. I have expensive wheels on my truck and its a pleasure to be able to communicate my concerns and requests and to know im being listened to. They actually use Tork Wrenches to finish tightening the luggage nuts to the proper work versus some other shops that just impact them on, risking warping an aluminum wheel. I bought 4 new tires for my jeep at this location and the customer service was just great. I was met out in the parking lot before could even get to the door, greeted and asked how they could help me today. Everybody was courteous and professional. I was in and out in no time and the prices beat those of some top competitors.
One simple act of kindness can change the entire day, month, year, or life of an individual. Today, I was on the receiving end of an act of kindness. I called ahead to make sure I didn’t need an appointment and was told to just come in. I arrived around 12:00, and was given a promised time of 2:26. By 2:26, my truck hadn’t even been pulled back yet. I went up to ask for an update and was told there was still at least one appointment ahead of me before they could even get started. At that point, there was no clear estimate on how much longer it would take, which was really frustrating after already waiting over two hours.
