Ethan the store manager and Jasen where great to deal with I ordered tires a week prior to having them installed on date of install i came in and the tires received where miss labeled the two of them worked diligently to make it right and I am beyond satisfied with the service will definitely recommend for the future
Excellent job, I was impressed. I purchased online and found the tires about $80 cheaper for the pair. I sent the information about the price match and it was approved quickly. I set an appointment for 9 am. A few days later I arrived at 9am and was checked in right away... 30 minutes later i was driving out with two new rear tires. So I got a $80 price match discount and extremely fast service. Best experience i have ever had at a tire shop!
Have to say the service and quality have gone downhill in the last year or so. Came in to buy tires for my truck told 1 young man what I wanted and he said "I'm busy, I will help you in a minute", other young man was playing on his phone, then took a call from his buddy, all without even acknowledging there was a customer waiting. 3rd young man was trying to find tires from somewhere and wouldn't even look at me. We picked up a screw in our car's tire while camping. We called the closest Discount Tire, and they could not have been more helpful. Everyone was very nice and efficient, and got us back on the road. I would highly recommend this location.
