The people are really very pleasant. My issue is that I made an 11:45 am appt. Arrived at 11:35 am and am sitting here 2 hours later watching walk-ins that arrived after me pick up completed cars. While I appreciate that they were busy, I don't understand the purpose of the appointment. In my past experience with Discount, appointments took precedence.
