I went in for a flat repair knowing I might have to buy a new set of tires and a possible alignment. My car was removed from the work bay and sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. At NO TIME was I updated on the status of my car nor was I ever given any sort of timeframe when my car would be ready. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was unacceptable to just forget about any customer and not keep them informed on the status of their vehicle.
