I highly recommend this store! The staff and management are always professional and courteous. The manger, Steve Williams and his staff are always available for their customers and will never attempt to sell you something you don't need. They truly have the public's best interest at heart. Top tier guys!
I waited for two and a half hours, quietly and patiently, after calling ahead, and never got service. I watched several customers receive assistance, while I was told to wait because they were swamped, twice. At one point no customers were at the desk, so I waited, looking directly at the one who told me to wait. Several more customers walked in, and I continued to wait. Finally just walked out quietly. By then it was almost closing time. I suppose I'll try again tomorrow.
Outstanding service! As soon as you walk in the door in this facility, a service person will ask, "How can we help you?" They took care of my autos balancing and rotation and did it with a sincere thank you. I fully and completely recommend them.
Best price in Valdosta on my tires and fast, friendly service.
