Reasonable price for Michelin tires. Reminder messages and great service for reoccurring tire rotation and balance. Also have top-notice wheel alignment service.
Fast, professional service. We slashed 2 tires on a curb on a Saturday at 4PM. From the moment I called in, I was treated professionally and with compassion. The car was towed in by 4:30, it was up on a stand and being worked on by 4:40 and done by 4:59. Exceptional service!
I visited Discount Tires on Norman Drive about 3 weeks ago to get an alignment. Once I left my car was still pulling to the right. I went back and they re-worked on it and it’s still pulling to the right. It appears to be a faulty alignment both times.
I highly recommend this store! The staff and management are always professional and courteous. The manger, Steve Williams and his staff are always available for their customers and will never attempt to sell you something you don't need. They truly have the public's best interest at heart. Top tier guys!
