I had a TPMS sensor go bad. Mark was awesome and did a complete check of all four sensors at no charge unlike every other tire store I spoke to. He set me up an appointment at my requested time. My sensor was changed and back in working order in less than 30 minutes. The price of the sensor and labor was less than every other quote I received just for the sensor. Mark was awesome, his customer service along with the cleanliness and efficiency of Discount Tire is quite impressive. I will be a repeat customer 100%.
I had an appointment today to get my tires inspected. I arrived at the store for my appointment and 2 other cars pulled in at the same time. I got out out of my car and I'm met by Kareem. He says I'm going to take the the lady that's walking in behind me because she pulled in the parking lot in front of me. I felt that was totally disrespectful. I should have just left at that moment.
