Sales and shop guys were great. I witnessed a White shirt chewing out a shop guy, I thought it was disrespectful and unprofessional.
Dropped off a trailer wheel to have a tire mounted. Was told 1.5 to 2 hours wait. I had ordered the tires by phone earlier so I expected have that one tire done fairly quickly. Staff was courteous.
Worst experience I’ve ever had
We were on vacation and had a rental with a slow leak. Went first thing in the morning for some air. Kamryn (not sure how he spelled it) was so kind and quickly filled the tire and tried to help us find the leak. We said we would be back later to check. We came back later that evening and Kamryn took the tire off and found the leak and patched it! Everyone at the store was so kind but Kamryn especially went above and beyond. He stayed past closing to fit us in. Makes us want to use Tire Discounters back home!
