I priced tires with a competitor and I seemed to be led toward higher priced and lesser quality. Then I checked with Jeremy at Discount Tire and he showed me the tire I had picked out was not the best choice. He recommended a tire that was clearly better quality and cost less than my previous choice. So it was a pleasant surprise here. New tires installed and I was out in under an hour. Good service, good people
Byron and Kelton are employees that this company should keep around, not only did Byron discover my tires were wearing on the inside (which I couldn’t see) he gave me a great deal and really felt like he cared about my budget and needs. Will definitely be back, Kelton preformed my alignment and got be back on the road safely! Those two are great!
Byron was highly unprofessional. After unsuccessfully trying to upsale me, he was very disrespectful and caused me to reconsider ever going back to Discount Tire again. This place has become a used car lot apparently, judging by the help...
